This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of Lynix Print’s Terms of Service and should be read together with our main Terms and Conditions. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase, as it applies to all orders placed on our site.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed with Lynix Print are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, customization (if applicable), and preparation for shipment. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier, and tracking information will be provided via email.

Shipping Methods, Delivery Time, and Costs

Lynix Print offers the following standard shipping options. Delivery time and shipping costs apply to all products available on our website.

  1. United States Standard Shipping
    Shipping Time: 7 to 10 business days
    Shipping Cost: $4.95 USD
  2. International Standard Shipping
    ShippingTime: 10 to 12 business days
    Shipping Cost: $7.95 USD

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin after the order processing period. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs clearance (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control.

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $120 USD. Orders that qualify for free shipping will automatically be shipped using our Standard Shipping method at no additional cost. This promotion applies to both domestic and international orders unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 to 72 hours for the carrier to scan and update tracking information in their system.

If your order with standard shipping has not shown movement or delivery updates beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Lynix Print is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Lynix Print does not control or predict customs fees and cannot be held responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Carrier Responsibility and Risk

Once an order has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Lynix Print is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a customer contacts the carrier directly to request forwarding, rerouting, or address changes after shipment, Lynix Print is not liable for any loss, damage, or delivery issues that may occur as a result.
